About In Body Meditation
All meditation classes taught by Kimmie use In Body Meditation. What is in body meditation? We practice in body meditation to become familiar with our energetic self. We learn how to work with our aura and chakras. Through in body meditation we are able to create and define our space. Release and replenish our energy. We may change or upgrade our pictures. We learn to quiet the voices in our heads, to recognize our own voice and the voice(s) of our spirit guide(s). We use our clairvoyance and our clairsentience to see and feel the energy in our space. Through in body meditation we connect with our inner truth and create an open communication with the God of our heart.
